i am starting to read a book called "evermore". it is the first book in "the immortals" series. it has some mild language and is more of a teen/high school series. its about a girl who almost dies in a car crash and takes in special powers to read people's minds, read their auras, and take in their whole life story with but one touch of them. it is interesting, and when i read it and finish a chapter, i can't help but keep reading. search "evermore" and you will be able to find the books. it might not be your thing but just try to look it up. but i am warning you it has some "mild" behavior.

( Helpless, doesn't the House of Night series have language and literal soul sisters and two more- than- friends boys? I think that's what Hunted or whatever was from... ) As soon as I'm finished with Septimus Heap ( which I recommend) does anyone know any good fantasy books? At my library, I kinda gave up because they mix all those teen drama series that I couldn't care less about in so I have to skim the shelves so that I don't have to look at them ( XD) .

Do you know what the first book is called so I can look it up? ) ( Rick Riordan, hurry up, man! That's the ONLY problem with good writers. They take forever :P . Though it's worth the five to ten hours of entertainment it will give me. ( I'm just saying, if you read a book for the blood and gore, that's a little weird, isn't it? I go for the writing style and story line above all else, and, granted, that may be why all my books I'm working on lack something, but if you read books just to read about people killing other people or things for whatever reason, you don't find that slightly maniacal or something? At all? )

People have their own taste in books, e hunger games is gory and has tons of killing but its a top seller. Lots of books have gory things in them and some people like that. They like graphic images and that fright they give you. Some people like the scared feeling. So don't judge hopeless. OK?

7/29/2012 04:11:27 am

okay, good! then i recommend animorphs! it's a LOOOONG series, 52 books long (not counting special editions), and hard to get your hands on all of them, but they're pretty short. they're REALLY good if you like sci-fi, the characters are awesome, the aliens ROCK, and the whole plot is just great. it's set for...um...i guess 7-12 year olds, but i'm almost fourteen and i'm totally in love with them, so...XD

just a note, i got really attached on the sixth book. if you can't get into it at first, try to hang on until that point. (actually, the reason i kept going at all was because my favorite character made his appearance at the end of book four, and i wanted to see what happened to him. then i got hooked on book six. XD)
